Take the OCAT Assessment (beta version)

We’re working on setting up great assessment tools to help people, teams, and programs grow, collaborate, and thrive. We’re testing it now, but keep in mind, it’s still in beta form!

The version currently available is the OCAT (Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool) developed by McKinsey and partners many years ago, but then discontinued. We and many others found this tool very helpful for organizational development though, so we revived it here.
